VISUALIZING CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACTS

Other assessments included the vulnerability of the East African vertebrates as indicators to climate change and human disturbance.

The information generated from the project was presented in a highly interactive visualization tool based on a geodatabase. These tools were showcased at a workshop in November 2011 that brought together East African countries where possible, future and regional partnerships were discussed.

Looking ahead, there is need to enhance training and knowledge sharing on international standards and protocols for data and information.
