ACC Executive Director, Lucy Waruingi, Selected for WE Africa 2021 Environmental Leadership Cohort

ACC Executive Director, Lucy Waruingi was accepted to join the first WE Africa 2021 Leadership cohort, a transformational leadership experience for women environmental leaders in Africa. Lucy was selected from among 180 conservation leaders from over 20 countries across Africa due to her deep experience and belief in collaboration, her desire to continue to achieve meaningful impact for our environment in Africa, and commitment to self-growth and “paying it forward” to others. The program will increase environmental impact on the ground and across the continent and amplify the voices of women in conservation. We congratulate Lucy on this well deserved selection!
